on Highway 34, moved in a couple wine tanks, built a walk-in cooler, and started their first batch of cider.Ģ Towns Ciderhouse now operates out of two locations, including a production space dedicated to its barrel aging program, attached to the Tap Room on HWY 34, and a separate production space in south Corvallis. Their plans officially took shape when they rented a three-car taxi garage outside of Corvallis, Org. Inspired by their travels through Europe and by Lee’s time living in Spain, they started some test batches in a basement, which they debuted at Lee’s wedding and “wild” reception. Lee crunched some numbers and began sourcing juice Aaron started drafting up logos and layouts. Both were ready for a challenge and what started out as a few too many and a chat about how fun it’d be to open a brew pub, ended with friends banding together to launch 2 Towns Ciderhouse–a cider company committed to true craft cider, rooted in the Pacific Northwest’s bountiful fruit. In 2010, long-time childhood friends Lee Larsen and Aaron Sarnoff-Wood met over pints of craft beer on a rainy Pacific Northwest night. Much like their cider, 2 Towns Ciderhouse is bold, unique, and filled with energy. Two Towns Ciderhouse has a vision to make craft cider that is accessible to the people, utilizing quality Northwest ingredients and practices, without being afraid to do things differently. Two Towns Ciderhouse takes pride in producing a true Northwest craft cider. As a family-owned company, they are committed to the growth of their team and enrichment of their communities. They refuse to add processed sugars or concentrates and instead use slow, cold fermentation methods to allow the fruit to speak for itself. Starting with the highest quality, whole ingredients from local farms, they take no shortcuts in crafting their ciders.

At 2 Towns Ciderhouse they believe the long history of cidermaking demands respect and deserves to be done right.
